As an Executive Producer for East Green Films (as well as Production Sound Mixer, 2nd Unit Cinematographer, and Additional Editor), Nathan worked with director Sebastian Godwin, on the BFI/BBC/Film London Microwave Scheme feature film Homebound, which premiered at the largest genre film festival in the US, Fantastic Festival, before its West Coast premiere at Hollywood’s Beyond Fest 2021, and European premiere at Glasgow’s FrightFest 2022.

The Microwave is Film London’s flagship feature film scheme, intended to inspire and develop the capital’s best new filmmakers, empowering them to make bold, compelling features that will surprise and inspire global audiences…all on a budget of less than £150k.

*UPDATE: Brainstorm Media bought the North American rights to UK thriller Homebound from the UK’s Blue Finch Films. Brainstorm released Homebound in US theatres and will make it available on-demand in Spring 2022. Meanwhile, Blue Finch Films released Homebound theatrically in the UK and Ireland, where it played in +20 cinemas, after its UK premiere at Glasgow FrightFest in March. It will be available for streaming in Spring 2022*

Other projects have seen Nathan collaborating with director Matt Hill, to co-shoot, produce & direct a BBC Imagine Bloody Hell: Marc Quinn’s Odyssey.

Nathan has a background in Production, as Researcher and AP, followed by almost two-decades in varied roles across most genres. His experience and technical expertise, combined with his versatility and initiative, make him an invaluable support to filmmakers and also sought after as a skilled Self-Shooting Producer/Director and all-round documentarian in his own right.

He possess confident editorial judgment and a keen sense of story structure and narrative themes. His style imbues complicated stories with a sense of intimacy and humour that keeps curious minds entertained. With an interest in exploring the border between private moments and public performance, he approaches ideas in an imaginative, often counter-intuitive way that generates fresh perspectives on a subject.
